Sun & Shield is a developing, designing, and manufacturing company specializing in customized applications and attachments for excavator and wheel loader in the construction equipment industry. With an engineering review, an exceptional design ability and a large experience in the construction industry, we provide the most work solution and custom products for the clients’ project. Before going into production, our engineers in R&D center perform FEA (Finite Element Analysis) structural analysis to identify potential weak points in the products. This allows us to make necessary design adjustments and ensure that the product is of the highest quality and reliability.
With a large experience in the construction industry, we provide a customized solution for unique problems faced by customers. Design of all products are accomplished by utilizing lastest CAD software and 3D tools, simulated via Finite Element Analysis(FEA) tools, ensuring optimum design integrity.
